Born in Toronto, Joseph has been a tax advocate and litigator for more than decade. He is a passionate advocate who has successfully represented numerous taxpayers at both the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court of Canada, including many small business owners.

 

Joseph specializes in providing practical solutions to resolve tax disputes in a cost effective manner and has extensive experience dealing with many divisions of the Canada Revenue Agency 
 

Joseph believes in giving back to the community, and has represented taxpayers on a Pro Bono basis many times.  Joseph is also a member of the Advocates’ Society.

 

Joseph received an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received the 2003 Women’s Law Association of Ontario Prize in Estate Planning.
